Product Warranty
Limited Warranty Period: 30 days from delivery date.
What's Covered:
- Manufacturing defects (cracks, poor finish, broken attachment points on receipt)
- Faulty or missing components
- Printing errors that impact the intended design
What's NOT Covered:
- Normal wear and tear from daily use
- Damage from drops, impacts, or rough handling
- Discolouration or fading from extended UV exposure
- Warping or damage from extreme heat
- Loss or theft
- Damage from cleaning products, dishwashers, or improper care
- Damage from use outside the intended purpose (e.g., using a keyring as a hammer)
How to Claim:
Email us within 30 days of delivery with photos showing the fault. We'll review and either replace the item or offer a refund, at our discretion. If we determine the damage is from misuse or accident, a claim won't be covered.

Product Limitations & Disclaimers
Material Properties:
Our products are 3D printed in durable thermoplastics: PLA (standard strength), PETG (enhanced durability), or TPU (flexible). These are not the same as injection-moulded plastic or metal. Thermoplastics are:
- Strong and durable for everyday use
- Prone to slight colour variation between prints
- Susceptible to prolonged UV exposure (slight fading over extended time)
- Not suitable for use as structural components, safety items, or in high-impact environments
- Stable in normal household temperatures (not designed for sustained heat above 50–60°C)
Size & Appearance:
Product photos are accurate representations. Slight variations in finish, colour tone, or minor surface details are normal in 3D printing and are not considered defects.
Durability Expectations:
These products are designed for:
- ✅ Keys and key fobs
- ✅ Bag attachments
- ✅ Desktop display pieces
- ✅ Gift items
These products are NOT designed for:
- ❌ Heavy-duty outdoor use
- ❌ Toys for young children (choking hazard)
- ❌ Use in high-temperature environments (ovens, near radiators)
- ❌ Submerged use (not waterproof)
Care Instructions
Cleaning:
- Use warm soapy water and a soft cloth
- Dry thoroughly after washing
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, bleach, or solvents
- Do not put in dishwashers or washing machines
Storage & Display:
- Store away from direct sunlight to minimise fading
- Keep away from extreme heat (radiators, hot cars, ovens)
- Keep away from sharp objects that might scratch or damage
- Store in a cool, dry place
Handling:
- Treat as you would any small decorative or functional item
- Do not drop repeatedly or subject to impacts
- The keyring attachment is strong but not indestructible—don't use it as a grappling hook

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Keighley Kustom Keyrings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Use or inability to use any product
- Loss of data, revenue, or anticipated profit
- Personal injury or property damage caused by use of our products
- Any claim arising from third-party intellectual property rights
**Maximum Liability:**
In any case, our total liability to you shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Product Safety
Age Restriction: Not suitable for children under 6 years (choking hazard for small parts).
Choking Hazard: Keyring attachments and charms are small and could pose a choking risk. Keep away from young children.
Allergies: If you have plastic allergies or sensitivities, these products may not be suitable for you. We use non-toxic thermoplastics, but individual reactions vary. Contact us if you have concerns.
Safe Use: Use only as intended (keyring, charm, display piece).
Do not use for:
- Mouth contact
- Ingestion
- Safety-critical applications
- High-impact environments

Errors & Misprints
In the unlikely event you receive an item with a clear printing error (wrong design, significant misprint, missing detail), contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll replace it.
Slight colour variations, minor surface imperfections, or variations in layer lines are normal in 3D printing and are not considered errors.

We reserve the right to update this warranty and disclosure policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our products after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
