Changed Your Mind?

No hard feelings. You've got 30 days from delivery to return an item, as long as it comes back unused and in its original, resaleable condition.

Return postage is on you — but once I've received and inspected the item, your refund will be processed within 7 working days. No fuss, no drama, no lengthy email chains.

Arrived Damaged?

That's not acceptable, and I'll make it right. Drop me a message within 7 days of delivery with a couple of photos showing the damage, and I'll get a replacement sorted at no cost to you. You won't even need to send the damaged item back.

Got a Question About a Return?

Just get in touch — I'm a real person, I reply personally, and I'd rather sort something out than leave a customer unhappy.
